WEB Designer| Graphic Designer

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Working with developers and designers to create a design strategy.
• Selecting and editing images for websites.
• Choosing fonts and colour schemes for websites.
• Keeping abreast of image editing software innovations.
• Collaborate, brainstorm, and strategize with multiple teams or clients for a wide range of materials that may include web pages, presentations, programming collateral, signage, internal communication, newsletters, and marketing materials
• Translate strategic direction into the high-quality design within an established brand identity
• Manage the design and uploading process of all project material, understanding best practices for using a content management system
• Portal user interface and pages development, JS / CSS based HTML5 animations development, Landing pages development as per requirements
• Communicating design ideas using user flows, process flows, site maps, and wireframes.
• Produce design assets for use in social media and marketing channels.
• Utilize data and analytics in making design decisions.
• Create and maintain a database of design assets.
• Portfolio of strong creative work
• Strong command of colour theory, image composition, and typography

DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE
• At least 3-5 years of experience is required in design, graphic design, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, art, or a similar discipline.
• Experience in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Proficiency in (academic and professional) design software, including Illustrator, InDesign, Sketch, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, CorelDRAW, etc.
• Ability to manage time effectively.
• Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills, Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and the web
• Compelling portfolio of work over a wide range of creative projects
• Organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent time-management skills
