Role Overview: As a web designer at Ascendant Sun Projects, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly websites that align with clients requirements and their brand identity. Key Responsibilities: 1. Designing and developing visually appealing and responsive websites that meet client specifications. 2. Collaborating with clients and internal stakeholders to understand their requirements, target audience, and brand identity. 3. Creating mockups, and prototypes to demonstrate design concepts and gather feedback. 4. Selecting appropriate color schemes, fonts, and graphics to enhance the website's visual appeal. 5. Optimizing website designs for maximum usability and performance across different devices and browsers. 6. Incorporating user experience (UX) principles to ensure intuitive navigation and seamless interaction on the website. 7. Implementing modern design trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge in the market. 8. Conducting thorough quality assurance checks to identify and resolve any design-related issues or bugs. Skills Required: 1. Proficiency in web design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, or similar software. 2. Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to translate design concepts into functional web pages. 3. Familiarity with responsive design principles and frameworks like Bootstrap or Foundation. 4. Experience with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress or Joomla. 5. Understanding of SEO principles to optimize website designs for search engine visibility. 6. Excellent visual design skills and an eye for aesthetics. 7. Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with clients and team members. 8. Up-to-date knowledge of current design trends and emerging technologies in web design. Basic Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree. 2. Qualified and skilled in web design, graphic design, or a related field. 2. Proven experience in web design, either through professional work or a portfolio of design projects. 3. Strong portfolio showcasing a range of web design projects that demonstrate creativity, technical skills, and attention to detail. 4. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. 5. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to evolving project requirements. 6.
