We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Web Developer to join our team full-time! This role is perfect for someone who’s passionate about building beautiful, functional, and user-friendly websites for small businesses. You’ll collaborate with our creative team to bring designs and ideas to life while ensuring each site performs seamlessly.

This is a remote-first position, with occasional in-person meetings or client visits as needed. We value flexibility and work-life balance—giving you the freedom to manage your schedule while showing up strong for your team and clients.

What You’ll Do

Design, build, and maintain websites using WordPress, Shopify, and Squarespace
Develop custom themes, templates, and plugins to meet client needs
Troubleshoot and resolve website issues with efficiency and clear communication
Work with designers and marketing specialists to bring creative concepts to life
Migrate existing websites to new hosting environments (e.g., SiteGround)
Optimize sites for speed, performance, and SEO
Implement eCommerce functionality with tools like WooCommerce, Orderable, and others
Stay current on web development best practices and emerging technologies
Qualifications

3-4+ years of professional experience in web development
Proficiency in WordPress (WooCommerce and Elementor Pro experience preferred)
Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and basic PHP
Experience with website hosting, domains, and DNS management
Familiarity with SEO best practices and technical SEO tools (e.g., Rank Math)
Bonus: experience with backend development or eCommerce systems
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
