Web/graphic Designer

**Job description**
• *Position: web / Graphic Designer**
• *Location: Pune: Onsite**
• *Responsibilities**:
1. Conceptualize and create engaging visual content for digital and print media,

including but not limited to, social media graphics, website banners,

advertisements, brochures, and presentations.

2. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop design concepts that align

with our brand identity and messaging.

3. Utilize industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) to

execute design projects efficiently and effectively.

4. Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine designs and ensure they

meet project objectives and requirements.

5. Stay updated on design trends, techniques, and best practices to continuously

improve the quality and impact of our visual assets.

6. Assist with other design-related tasks and projects as needed to support the

overall creative vision of the company.
• *Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related

field.

2. Up to 1 year of professional experience in graphic design or a relevant

design-related role.

3. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and

other design software/tools.

4. Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and

layout composition.

5. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize multiple

projects, and meet tight deadlines.

6. Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate and present design

concepts effectively.

7. A keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality design work.

8. Creative thinker with the ability to translate concepts and ideas into visually

compelling designs.
