We are seeking a talented and creative Web Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 8 months to 1 year of experience in web design and a passion for creating engaging and visually appealing websites. You will work closely with our development and marketing teams to bring our digital projects to life.
**Responsibilities:**
- Design and create visually stunning and user-friendly websites
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and objectives
- Translate wireframes and mockups into responsive web designs
- Optimize website performance for speed and usability
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in web design and development
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, or related field
- 8 months to 1 year of experience in web design
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong understanding of responsive design principles
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
