We’re looking for a versatile Website Developer & Designer to build visually stunning, fast, and SEO-optimized websites for a growing group of companies across whisky, real estate, consulting, spirituality, events, and more.

What You’ll Do:
• Build and maintain responsive, high-performance websites.
• Collaborate with designers and content teams to bring landing pages and campaigns to life.
• Implement on-page SEO best practices, from metadata to speed optimization.
• Ensure sites are mobile-friendly, secure, fast, and visually consistent across devices.
• Manage website analytics and recommend improvements based on performance.

Requirements:
• 4-5 years of hands-on experience in website development and UI/UX design.
• Proficiency in WordPress, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and web design tools (Figma, Adobe XD).
• Strong knowledge of technical and on-page SEO (Site speed, Schema, Core Web Vitals).
• Understanding of SEO tools like Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, etc.
• Eye for detail, clean design, and intuitive navigation.
