We are looking for a Website Operations executive to support day-to-day website functions of our web properties. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, an excellent problem solver, and has high attention to detail.
Job Description:
• Collaborate with internal team members and partners to implement content, execute landing page changes and optimize user experience.
• Good understanding of website technologies and CMS platforms.
• Manage and update marketing materials, including banners, leaflets, flyers,newsletters, e-newsletters.
• Contribute to the administration, support and correction of website operations requiring technical support usually involving the CMS.
• Ensure functionality and efficiency of our web properties (content, template updates, sitemap, etc.)
• Collaborate with internal team members and technical team to ensure high quality case resolution.
• Should keep all guidelines, help documents, and website information up to date.
• Create and deliver daily, weekly quarterly and monthly newsletters and other important announcements.
Requirements:
• Should have 2+ years experience in website operations.
• Should have worked on a CMS platform (can be any CMS).
• Keen problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Attention to detail and the ability to learn quickly in a fast paced environment
• Ability to manage details, communicate proactively and organize daily tasks.
• Knowledge of online measurement:Impressions, page views, visits, referrers, sent mails, bounced mails, open rate, ctr etc.
• Basic knowledge of HTML.
• Should have worked on Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator
