About the Role

As a Website Product Owner in our Product & Customer Integration team, you’ll play a key role in helping to enable and inspire a multi-disciplinary team ('Digital Migration’) to pursue its targets and goals, by guiding them on 'what' work should be completed. You will constantly prioritise tasks and the Digital Migration’s backlog with the customer at the heart of your decision making. You will also ensure that the work is strategically aligned to the business goals and engages with other Website Product Owners to align and manage interdependencies

What will your day look like?

As a Website Product Owner, you are accountable for:
Developing a strong understanding of customer’s needs and placing the customer at the heart of what we deliver.
Driving digital results and ensuring all features are delivered on time and on budget.
Understanding the full customer journey and using data & customer research, to identify pain points and opportunities.
Being able to prioritise, scope and schedule digital projects and features.
Ensuring digital content is up-to-date and all risks are managed appropriately, together with Product, Compliance, and Legal teams.
Finding efficiencies in ways of working with internal teams to address customer pain points and harness opportunities.
Driving a positive culture and engaged team by leading by example (positively engaging in team practices, sharing performance/competitor/behavioural economics insights regularly, asking for and providing feedback on new initiatives).
What will you bring?

To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

Experience as a Product Owner, working on complex digital projects
Experience in managing successful, performance-based, conversion rate optimisation programs
Experience in online customer experience and information design
Demonstrable experience in using online analytics/intelligence tools (e.g. Adobe Analytics)
Demonstrated ability to improve processes and end-to-end customer experience in conjunction with stakeholders where there may or may not be full ownership
A big picture thinker with the ability to turn strategies into actionable initiatives
Excellent communication skills, including communicating and influencing Senior Leaders
Proven understanding to operationalise policies and procedures to meet internal and regulatory obligations
