Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and creative Wedding Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in event planning, a keen eye for detail and a passion for bringing dream weddings to life. You will work closely with clients, vendors and our team to ensure every aspect of the wedding day is seamless and memorable.
Responsibilities:
Meet with couples to discuss their vision, preferences and budget.
Plan, coordinate and execute all aspects of the wedding, including venue selection, catering, dcor, entertainment and logistics.
Source and manage relationships with vendors, ensuring top-quality service and negotiations.
Develop detailed timelines and schedules to ensure smooth event execution.
Provide on-site coordination on the wedding day to handle last-minute changes and problem-solving.
Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, keeping them updated throughout the planning process.
Stay up-to-date with the latest wedding trends and industry developments.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a wedding planner, event coordinator, or similar role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to work under pressure.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and vendors.
Creativity and attention to detail to bring unique wedding visions to life.
Proficiency in event planning software and budget management.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in event planning or wedding coordination.
