About the Role:
Are you passionate about creating dream weddings and possess a strong background in hospitality? We're seeking a motivated Wedding Sales Manager to join our team! You will play a pivotal role in building relationships with potential couples, showcasing the magic of Chokhi Dhani as their ideal wedding venue, and converting inquiries into booked celebrations.
Responsibilities:
• Cultivate relationships with potential wedding couples, understanding their needs, preferences, and budget.
• Conduct comprehensive venue tours, highlighting Chokhi Dhani's unique offerings, amenities, and customizable wedding packages.
• Develop and present customized wedding proposals, catering menus, and entertainment options.
• Negotiate contracts and finalize wedding arrangements with couples and their families.
• Oversee all aspects of the wedding sales process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for each couple.
• Collaborate with wedding planning teams, catering staff, entertainment providers, and other departments to ensure a flawless wedding execution.
• Achieve and exceed established sales targets for weddings.
Qualifications:
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in hospitality sales, preferably within the wedding venue industry.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue goals.
• In-depth knowledge of wedding planning processes and trends.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build rapport and trust with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software a plus.
• Passion for Rajasthani culture and heritage is a benefit.
