Minimum of 2 years’ welding experience, ideally within a manufacturing setting working with various materials.
In-depth knowledge of welding techniques, materials, tools, and industry safety and quality standards.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently or collaboratively in a team environment.
Solid math skills for accurate measurements, calculations, and adjustments during fabrication.
Able to read and interpret blueprints and production documentation accurately.
High level of attention to detail with a strong focus on producing quality work.
Effective time management and problem-solving skills to meet tight deadlines and production targets.
Dependable and punctual.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to interact effectively at all organizational levels.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
A valid forklift license is considered an asset.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
