Job Description
As an Institutional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and generating revenue by selling our products to institutions such as hotels, restaurants, hospitals, and other large establishments. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely delivery of Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the institutional segment
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with customers
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure timely delivery of orders and customer satisfaction
• Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities and customer feedback
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in institutional sales in the FMCG industry
• Strong understanding of institutional sales processes and procedures
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to travel frequently
