Wholesale Lockbox Operations Manager

This position has overall responsibility for all 3rd shift functions within the Wholesale Lockbox department. The successful candidate will be responsible for human resource management, ensuring timely and accurate workflow, interfacing with other departments, assisting in the development of overall policy, and producing departmental reports.

The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of high-volume processing/production fields, including knowledge of best practices. They will also have excellent critical thinking skills, with the ability to apply discretion and sound judgment to solve problems efficiently and effectively.

Essential Functions:
• Establish and monitor service level standards, increasing efficiencies and maintaining proper staffing to meet customer agreements.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate team members to implement the department strategy and manage department workflow.
• Perform all necessary management functions, including hiring, evaluations, annual increase allocations, and disciplinary action as required.
• Communicate decisions, priorities, and relevant information to team members effectively.
• Support budget management, planning, and expenditure.
