Window Cleaner (Right Hand Man)

Overview.

The Window People is seeking a dedicated hard working individual to join our team. The ideal candidate must speak and understand fluent English, be clean in appearance, be friendly and have a strong work ethic. This candidate should have a sharp eye for detail and work efficient. This individual should feel comfortable working on ladders up to 24ft, working inside/outside of clients residents and working independently while coming together as a team to produce quality work. This individual MUST ALWAYS RESPECT our clients homes, personal belongings and confidentiality. The Window People prides themselves on trust and providing exceptional service.

The Window People was established in 1++5 and has been providing clean windows to Calgary and surrounding areas. Since then The Window People have expanded their services to accommodate clients needs and wants. Duties

Window Cleaning

Window/Mirror Cleaning

Getting tools setup to start job

Helping place and move ladders if needed

Moving obstacles to get to windows

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Utilizing tools at heights up to 24ft

Removing plastic from windows

Cleaning tracks and screens

Wiping down frames, doors, kick boards, statues, decorative accents, etc of any debris

High dusting/dusting if requested by client

Quality Control to maintain streak free windows

Maintaining cleanliness to work area and proper storage of tools

Painting (Interior/Exterior)

Prepping and setup of job

Utilizing tools up to 24ft

Washing walls

Mudding/Sanding/Painting (brushwork & rolling)

Cleanup and proper storage of tools and equipment

(Placing furniture back)

(We also have a sprayer for bigger jobs)

Gutter Cleaning

Removing debris from gutters

Utilizing tools up to 24ft

Disassemble/Reassemble elbows/drains for bigger clogs

Flushing gutters and drains with water until they run clean

Wiping down gutters

Cleanup and proper storage of tools and equipment

Pressure Washing

Pressure Washing Houses

Decks/Pool decks

Patio furniture

BBQ areas

Fences

Wipe down siding, gutters, soffits

(Some projects require us to hand wash exterior of house)

Utilizing tools up to 24ft

Snow Removal

Snow Removal from;

*City sidewalks

*Sidewalks

*Driveways

*Decks/Patios

*Pathways

Weekly Checkup and Maintenance as needed of properties.

(We provide Shovels, Back-blower and Snow-blower)

Miscellaneous

Weekly garbage runs

Maintaining trucks cleanliness

Maintenance and organize tools for up following week

Maintaining cleanliness of company truck, tools and equipment are done weekly to insure everything is in proper order for following week.

The role requires working outdoors. A strong understanding of the English language and being able to communicate effectively is a must. We are looking for someone that can take direction and ask the questions required to complete the job. This individual should be able to work independently while coming together as a team. This individual needs to give the upmost respect to our clients and fellow team members. We require complete confidentiality when dealing with our clients, that includes names, addresses, personal effects, job titles, or pictures. We seek someone that has exceptional attention to detail, safety and quality of work.
