Qualifications and Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 8-15 years of experience in wireless network engineering or related field.
• Proficiency in wireless standards (802.11a/b/g/n/ac/ax) and protocols.
• Experience with wireless network planning and optimization tools.
• Strong understanding of network security protocols and practices.
• Hands-on experience with network monitoring tools and troubleshooting techniques.
• Certifications such as CWNP, CCNA Wireless, or equivalent are preferred.
