We will teach you everything you need to know about wireless plans, services, devices, and promotions through ongoing in-store, as well as online, training
Recruits, leads, coaches, guides, mentors, develops, and manages a team of Wireless Sales Pros
Inspires and motivates the teams to achieve assigned sales and reporting targets; meets or exceeds established KPIs
Demonstrates a player-coach approach to work, leading by example with sales & training for top performance in your market
Leads and executes recruiting efforts to maintain required staffing levels of top-quality talent in all assigned locations
Foster’s professional and productive relationships with in-store management and associates
Represents the model of professionalism, work ethic, and determination of Premium and the client

Sales Manager ( Multi-Unit )

Premium Retail Services operates in more than 1,300 Wireless Retailer outlets in North America, with a dedicated sales team of more than 3,000 Wireless Sales Pros. As a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager, you will recruit, lead, and motivate a team of experienced Wireless Sales Pros to achieve sales and business targets in 3-4 retail locations .
