Job Summary
The Elite Job is seeking enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals to join our growing team as Customer Support Executives for our Work from Home BPO division in Chennai. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling queries, resolving issues, and delivering outstanding service across voice, chat, or email platforms. Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, or chats in a professional and timely manner.

Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures.

Resolve customer concerns and escalate complex issues to the relevant departments when necessary.

Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions using CRM tools.
•
Meet and exceed performance metrics including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and customer experience.
• Required Skills and Qualifications
•
Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken).
•
Fluency in Tamil is a plus.
•
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office, Google Suite, and customer service tools.
•
A positive attitude, patience, and empathy for customer needs.
•
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience
•
0–2 years of experience in a BPO or customer service role preferred.
•
Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.
•
Previous remote work experience is an advantage but not mandatory.

•
Flexible shifts available (Day / Night shifts based on business requirement).
•
Rotational shifts including weekends and public holidays.

Candidates must be available to start immediately.
