About the role:
As our Engagement Director, you'll be at the helm of managing client relationships, ensuring delivery excellence, and driving business growth through strategic farming. This cross-functional role is crucial in collaborating with Account Management, Delivery, Tech Solutions, and Professional Services teams to enhance client engagements and contribute to continuous improvement.
In this role, you will:
- As an Engagement Director, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for select clients, managing relationships end-to-end, ensuring their needs are met, and providing timely, meaningful feedback to the account team.
- Your strategic thinking will ***** as you participate in account planning discussions with Account and Delivery Directors to align on goals and strategies, ensuring successful project delivery.
- Your business development skills will be crucial as you identify new opportunities onsite at client offices and contribute to business growth through farming strategies.
- Your expertise will be leveraged as you implement continuous improvement practices and risk mitigation strategies to enhance client satisfaction and project outcomes.
What you bring to the table:
- 8+ years of sales/commercial experience, with a minimum of 3 years working with US-based clients in the IT/nearshoring industry.
- Highly energetic personality with excellent client and social skills that foster strong, trust-based relationships.
- Based in NYC or the San Francisco Bay Area, with the ability to be onsite at client offices as needed.
- Native/bilingual English level.
