With over 2500 employees across QLD, NSW and VIC, we are focused on growing and developing a career path for all our people.**Frizelle Sunshine Automotive **is committed to providing a safe and healthy workplace for all and we are seeking a **WHS Business Partner** to join our team based in Southport.The **WHS Business Partner** will collaborate with the National Safety team to develop, implement, and manage the company’s safety management system. This role will partner with leaders across our 25 locations to ensure compliance with regulations and assist in building a safety culture throughout the group.**Key responsibilities include**:- Develop and implement health and safety policies, procedures and programs- Conduct regular safety site inspections and risk assessments- Investigate and report on incidents, accidents and near misses- Provide education and training- Ensure compliance with safety regulations- Collaborate with management to develop safety improvement strategies- Monitor workplace conditions and the use of PPE- Advise on corrective actions and preventative measures- Collaborate in Return-to-Work Programs with an outsourced provider- Promote a safety culture**Experience required**:- Minimum 5 years WHS experience- Hold a qualification in WHS- Thorough knowledge of WHS laws and regulations- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work as part of a National Team**We offer**:- Competitive salary including Company Vehicle- Free Titans tickets for home games- In-house restaurant/café- Quarterly and annual awards and recognition for high achievers- Discounted Bupa Private Health Insurance- Employee Assistance Program (EAP)- Exclusive discounts with our Samsung Partnership Program- Discounted Gym membershipsAll Frizelle Sunshine employees must be entitled to work in Australia, complete a Federal Police Check and a Traffic History (QLD) or Driving Record (NSW) check.
