Benefits
The base annual pay range for this role is between $+5,000-$175,000

Responsibilities
In this role, the Human Resources (HR) Workday Administrator will lead our HR team, other internal business partners, and Firm management in all aspects of development, preservation, and functionality of the Workday HCM system
In addition, this person is encouraged to take a meaningful role in the design, implementation, deployment, and documentation of key HR projects that leverage the Workday platform or related third-party vendor applications
The HR Workday Administrator can be based in any of our locations
Serve as the Workday HCM system expert and primary point-of-contact for day-to-day support of business processes, integrations, reporting, and dashboards to ensure consistent, high-quality business operations
Partner, strategize and lead discussions with the HR team and other internal stakeholders to define business requirements, implement, test, validate and deploy additional HCM modules, make changes to business processes, integrations and calculated fields as needed
Document business requirements, decisions, business processes, and workflows in relevant documentation, including SOP’s, training guides and quick reference guides
Develop advanced system reporting and analytics to enable our HR business partners to identify trends and to empower leadership decision-making
Collaborate with the Information Technology team to manage security re-assignments, user access and permissions, and integration-related security issues
Conduct testing and provide support for Workday system updates or upgrades
Stay up-to-date on Workday features and enhancements that could benefit the organization
Identify system gaps and deficiencies, and if applicable, suggest standard methodologies or process improvements to help fill those gaps
Conduct long-term improvement projects to ensure compatibility with the company's evolving business applications landscape and needs
Develop strong trusted advisor relationships with key client partners to advise and influence business direction and change efforts
Help connect dots across the company, ensuring communication flow between multiple functions and operating mechanisms
Coordinate with Firm IT to resolve application issues
Apply project principles to effectively roll out process improvement solutions and new process optimization enterprise standards
