Position Highlights
We are seeking four (4) temporary Workforce System Representatives to join our Workforce Services team for a minimum period of three (3) months. This position will be based out of the Surrey-Guildford Corporate Centre location.
In this role you will provide system and technical support for the department through operation of a workforce management system, updating various contact centre applications, and time entry into People Portal/Success Factors. This assignment is to help support the facilitation of the annual vacation bid. You will be responsible for providing scheduling and system support to a number of various call centers throughout the corporation.
Responsibilities will include:
Maintaining and managing employee records through the Workforce Management system
Administering and managing staff vacations, shift scheduling, other time-off requests and assigning extra hours/overtime
Acting as a liaison with other departments to ensure employees receive the correct pay and entitlements
Reviewing and reconciling time entries between the workforce management system and HRIS system, ensuring applicable policies are applied.
Position Requirements
To be successful in this role:
You excel at interpreting complex systems and procedures
You think critically and are able to investigate anomalies as they arise
You are able to answer a high volume of inquiries from a variety of internal customers effectively
You have excellent time management skills and ability to follow a strict schedule
Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
Experience with SAP/Success Factors is an asset
Experience working in a union environment is an asset.
You pride yourself on your ability to communicate effectively with all levels in an organization. Focus on customer service through supporting user self-serve tools, multi-tasking, working under tight deadlines, as well as attention to detail are all key to your success in this role.

Work arrangement defined:
Hybrid 8 – you will work a minimum of 8 days in a 4-week period at your primary office headquarters (typically 2 days per week). The remaining days will be remote within British Columbia.
