About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Health and Safety Business Partner to join our team and help us achieve this goal. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of workplace health and safety programs across the TAFE Qld North region.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement workplace health and safety policies and procedures.
Conduct risk assessments and develop control measures to mitigate risks.
Provide training and education to employees on workplace health and safety.
Investigate incidents and near-miss events.

What You Need
Demonstrated experience in workplace health and safety.
Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
