About the Role:
Tynan Motors has a unique opportunity for a passionate Workshop Controller to oversee and manage our Mercedes-Benz service department in Miranda.

As an experienced workshop controller you will ensure a high quality of work and guide and motivate our team of experienced Technicians/Apprentices.

This position is permanent full-time.

Responsibilities:
Managing workshop flow, whilst adhering to completion times
Managing and leading a team to deliver quality workmanship, productivity and efficiently
Ensure all tasks including service, maintenance, diagnosis and repair works are performed in line with brand policy, procedure and compliance requirements
Supervising and organising training
Assisting technicians with diagnosing problems
Ensuring all warranty procedures have been adhered to
Monitor and manage Workshop activity to ensure profitability is maximised
Ensuring WHS compliance
About you:
You will be an experienced workshop controller
Mercedes-Benz brand experience highly regarded
ERA NET / ERA POWER experience - essential
Electronic job scheduling experience - essential.
Previous workshop control/supervisor experience
Results orientated
Strong leadership and mentoring skills
Strong customer service & communication skills
Current NSW Drivers Licence
Mechanic trade qualifications
