Responsibilities

Managing a team of 2-6 Staff Writers
Supervising the content creation process including reviewing the work of the writing team
Set and enforce standards for the performance of Staff Writers, provide regular feedback, train and coach to develop their careers
Help scheduling and organizing the writers' work
Point of communication to and from the team
Participate in the hiring and training of new Staff Writers
Other duties as assigned

Qualification

5+ years of experience in a supervisor role
5+ years of writing experience
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work independently
Relevant Experience

Content Lead
Channel Manager
