Yard Administration Assistant

We are hiring a full-time Yard Administration Assistant to join the team based at our site in Avonmouth, Bristol.

Reporting to the Yard Operations Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in our daily site salvage operation process.

Key responsibilities:

• Booking in vehicles for collection

• Sorting post and responding to letters and emails

• Processing appropriate paperwork for vehicles to be collected or delivered

• Calling customers confirming the sale price of vehicles

• Processing payments and costing deliveries

• Processing, chasing and filing invoices

• Liaise with finance team regards buyer payments

• General administration duties

Here's what you bring:

• Excellent communication and customer service skills, both written and verbally

• Previous experience in a similar customer facing role

• Excellent attention to detail

• Excellent organisation and time management skills

• Adaptable and self motivated

• Ability to work closely within a small team
