JobSummary We are seeking a Zonal sales manager forour client.

They will be responsible for Overall, ensure theplanning amp; execution of overall sales business strategy toachieve sustainable, profitable development and growth of thedivision through their salesteam.
JobResponsibilities o StrategicPlanning Develop innovative productmarket strategies to expand thecompanys market presence and brand awareness.

Identify amp;effectively implement Major and Key initiatives at zonal level inthe areas of Market Development, Distribution expansion amp; SalesOperationo Customer Relationship ManagementBuild and nurture strong relationships with customers anddistributors to enhance the companys reputation and marketposition.o Market Mix Optimization Identifyand implement an effective market mix that resonates with the coretarget consumers, ensuring alignment with departmental andcompanywide goals.

Make Annual and Quarterly plan for marketdevelopment activities in alignment withHO.o Product Launch Leadership Lead thesales team in successful product launches for new categories,ensuring market penetration and brandvisibility.o Sales Strategy ImplementationExecute sales strategies that support the departments objectivesand contribute to revenue generation for thebusiness.o Performance Analysis Conduct andidentify SWOT of the sales team performance on a monthly basis anddevelop action plan for improvement.oCompetition Management Take direct responsibility for a schemedesign in consultation with HO and feedback on effectiveness ofschemes bdevelopment and implementation ofcompetition fighting strategy in consultation withHO.o Inventory Management Regularly monitorinventory pile up in slow amp; non moving SKUs, take remedialactions.

Develop andmanage sales and marketing operating budgets, ensuring efficientallocation of resources

Analysis:

Analyse and control expenditures within the division toadhere to budgetary requirements.o TeamManagement Review amp; monitor team performance along withproviding regular constructive feedback to improve performanceofindividuals and teams in the organization.

Qualificationsand Skills MBA Marketing and

SalesCertifications on critical thinking andproblem solving would be an additionaladvantage10 15 years Minimum at manageriallevelCandidate from Tea Industry preferredor Food IndustryThe candidate should havehandled a business of 2025 crores perannumThe candidate would have an experienceof Strategic and Annual Business Plan of theorganizationThe candidate would haveexcellent in planning new productlaunchesExcellent communication and customerrelationship management skillsAbility tomanage, train and retain the salesteamExperience in managing a highperformance sales teamAn ability tounderstand and analyse sales performancemetricsSolid customer service attitude withexcellent negotiation skillsMultichannelexperience would bepreferred
