We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Advisor with passion, ambition and the right attitude. Reporting into the Talent Acquisition Lead, you will work closely with internal stakeholders across different lines of business, HR business partners, HR specialists etc and be responsible for delivering the recruitment agenda.

Your Responsibilities Will Include, But Are Not Limited To
• Support Talent Acquisition delivery for specific business lines in accordance with business priorities and objectives.
• Collaborate with Hiring Managers to identify and acquire strong talent for our business
• Independently manage the entire hiring process including job description review, candidate CV screening, sourcing methodologies, feedback collection, creation and negotiation of offers, and reference checking.
• Focus on driving a joyful experience for all across the TA journey
• Manage external vendors including contingency and retained search firms
• Partner with Talent Acquisition Leads and recruiting peers to share talent, market intelligence, and best practice recruiting methodology
• Comply with all Talent Acquisition and broader DBS policies, procedures and risk requirements

You Will Need To
• Possess a relevant degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or equivalent
• Have about 4-6 years of experience in talent acquisition
• Be an effective communicator with good written and verbal skills
• Have an eye for detail
• Previous experience using Taleo
• Proficient in using sourcing portals, LinkedIn etc
• Possess good referencing and headhunting skills
