Responsibilities
Bring your experience and ideas to support, develop, execute, and oversee multiple quality, manufacturing and dynamic assembly products and processes
These products may ultimately integrate into sub-assemblies, systems, gearboxes, and aircraft that support our warfighters, emergency medical personnel and other applications
You'll work with various industrial, mechanical, chemical, and aerospace engineers to improve, integrate, and complete products
This role will be an integral part of the Bell team and work closely with our internal and external customers
This position has many responsibilities that require daily, weekly, and monthly monitoring and tracking
Take part in the organization, planning, and management of systems that support our Quality Management System (QMS).Work extensively in Root Cause & Corrective Actions (RCCA) efforts, across various segments of the business
Responsible for tracking defect data while developing, calculating, and reporting out through a variety of quality metrics
Lead and guide the tracking of escapes and Foreign Object Damage (FOD) across the factories
Coordinate with Integrated Product Teams (IPT) to meet program and customer defined requirements on both the military/ government and commercial sides of the business
Support new aircraft and technology systems development to integrate with our QMS

Day in the Life of a Quality Operations Associate
