Job Description (Statutory and compliance) :

Driving Audit, tax, and compliance for overseas entities. Responsibilities will include;
• Drafting Financial Statement and Notes to Accounts
• Handling and finalizing audits for India and other regional entities with Big4 firms
• GAAP reconciliation
• Drafting tax computation and Deferred tax accounting
• Filing Income/ Corporation tax return
• Consolidation, inter-company transactions and reconciliations including foreign currency accounting
• Ensure accuracy of financial statements in accordance with GAAP and compliance to internal policies
• Understanding of Fixed Assets
• Drafting and reviewing Balance sheet accounts reconciliations
• Ability to handle large audits, manage audit requirement remotely and getting audit closed on time.

Qualification and skill set
• Fully qualified or Semi Chartered Accountant with a bachelor’s degree
• Strong Accounting and/or auditing experience
• IFRS Qualification/Experience preferred

Desired Experience
• Candidate should have deep knowledge and understanding of accounting standards, accounting principles and application thereof in practical situations
• Auditing experience as an auditee preferred. Overseas audit handling will be an added advantage
• Hands on with accounting standards, Audit methodologies and execution.
• Must be hands on MS excel
• Knowledge of SAP is a plus
• Working knowledge of Indian tax and Transfer pricing
