Job Title: Academic Administrative Assistant
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organised and administrative skilled individual to provide support to our Department Leads and Head of Department.
The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of administrative tasks, including supporting the recruitment process, communicating with stakeholders, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to Department Leads and Head of Department.
• Support the recruitment process, including advertising vacancies, shortlisting candidates, and conducting interviews.
• Communicate effectively with academic staff, students, and other stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate records and databases.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and prioritise tasks accordingly.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
• Native English speaker or certified to the equivalent level.
Desirable:
• Postgraduate degree from an accredited university.
• Experience of administrative work at a higher-education institution in the UK.
