Immediate Supervisor: ACCESS Project Director
POSITION SUMMARY: ACCESS (Alignment of Career-Connected Education Supports Students) Administrative Assistant and Data Management will provide organizational and operational support for all grant staff, including logistics, office management, communication, scheduling, fiscal support, and grant compliance related data collection
Provide support to ACCESS Project Director and related CTE program staff
Complete daily office management duties, managing phone system, emails and incoming communications
Manage fiscal resources assigned, including specific compliance-related fiscal management as assigned
Manage logistics of data collection as assigned by the ACCESS director
Coordinate communication among staff and project stakeholders
Facilitate purchasing and invoicing for goods and services requested under the grant
Collect and coordinate information for grant compliance
Coordinate and communicate with CTE, GEAR UP South Bend!, and related district program teams to ensure effective and inter-connected systems support
Provide content or anecdotal information about program highlights or successes with marketing and district communication teams
Duties and responsibilities as otherwise assigned by ACCESS or CTE leadership

Qualifications
• High School Diploma required.
• Bachelor of Education preferred
• 5+ years in administrative support
• Excellent organization/logistics skills.
• Previous experience with PowerSchool platform preferred
Responsibilities
• Provide support to ACCESS Project Director and related CTE program staff
• Complete daily office management duties, managing phone system, emails and incoming communications
• Manage fiscal resources assigned, including specific compliance-related fiscal management as assigned
• Manage logistics of data collection as assigned by the ACCESS director
