Accountant -Assistant

Position Overview:

PlayAll Sports is seeking a detail-oriented Sub-Accountant to manage daily bank and cash entries, assist with reconciliations, and coordinate with multiple site teams. Candidates must have strong Excel skills, experience with Tally ERP, and prior exposure to multi-location or branch accounting.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage routine bank and cash entries across multiple venue accounts
• Assist in site-wise stock and cash reconciliation
• Support monthly reconciliations (vendor payouts, card payments, merchandise sales)
• Track online merchandise sales and coordinate reconciliations
• Coordinate with site managers for timely submission of bills, cash reports, and expense statements
• Data entry and tracking of fixed and variable monthly expenses
• Assist in preparing investor payout trackers and academy income follow-ups
• Support GST and TDS working files as part of quarterly compliance

Must-Have Qualifications:
• 1–3 years of experience in branch accounting (handling accounts across multiple locations or cost centers)
• Strong proficiency in Excel formulas (VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, pivot tables, data validation, etc.)
• Working knowledge of Tally ERP
• Attention to detail and strong documentation skills
• Willingness to coordinate with ground teams and meet reporting timelines
