Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Account Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance, with a strong understanding of GST returns, E-Invoicing, TDS Return, TDS Challan, and bookkeeping.
Responsibilities:
GST Returns: Prepare and file GST returns accurately and in a timely manner. Ensure compliance with all GST regulations and guidelines.
E-Invoicing: Manage the electronic invoicing process, including generating, sending, and tracking invoices electronically. Stay updated on the latest E-Invoicing regulations and requirements.
TDS Return: Handle the preparation and filing of TDS returns. Verify TDS deductions, maintain records, and ensure compliance with TDS regulations.
TDS Challan: Generate and submit TDS challans accurately. Monitor TDS payments and ensure timely submission to the relevant authorities.
Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records. Record all financial transactions, reconcile accounts, and generate financial reports as needed.
Compliance: Stay informed about changes in tax laws, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Communication: Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve accounting issues, answer inquiries, and provide financial information as needed.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
3-4 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
Strong knowledge of GST regulations and experience with GST return filing.
Familiarity with E-Invoicing processes and platforms.
Proficiency in TDS return preparation and filing.
Experience with TDS challan generation and submission.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications.
