Account Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, with specific knowledge of TDS and Tally. This position offers an excellent opportunity for growth and development within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.

- Handle accounts payable and receivable.

- Manage TDS calculations and filings.

- Use Tally software for daily accounting operations.

- Prepare financial statements and reports.

- Assist with budgeting and forecasting.

- Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations.

- Perform reconciliations of bank statements and other accounts.

- Support the finance team with various accounting tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in accounting.

- Proficiency in TDS and Tally is required.

- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.

- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

- Good organizational and time management skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

- Knowledge of GST and other tax regulations.

- Experience with accounting software and ERP systems.

- Advanced Excel skills.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
