Full Job Description
Job Summary:

The Account Head in night shift setting is responsible for overseeing the operations, client management, and financial performance of the account during the night shift. They ensure smooth execution of processes, meet client expectations, manage the team, and drive profitability.

Experience : 7 - + years

Responsibilities:

Monitor and supervise the following processes in the Accounting System:

 Packing Slip Creation

 Invoicing

 Invoice Posting

 Payment Processing

 Receiving inventory in the ERP System

 Inventory Reconciliation in the ERP System

 Transferring inventory in the ERP System

 Conduct credit checks on new and potential customers.

 Implementing debt collection policies and regulations of the company

 Implementing deadlines for invoicing and payment collection

Account Management:

 Serve as the main point of contact for the client during the night shift.

 Understand client requirements and ensure service delivery meets or exceeds expectations.

 Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, addressing any concerns or

escalations promptly.

 Regularly communicate with the client to provide updates, resolve issues, and seek feedback.

Operations and Performance:

 Oversee the night shift operations, ensuring adherence to process guidelines and service level

agreements (SLAs).

 Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess performance and identify areas

for improvement.

 Analyze operational data to optimize processes, increase efficiency, and enhance productivity.

 Implement strategies to achieve and exceed performance targets, such as reducing turnaround

time or improving quality.

Team Management:

 Supervise and lead a team of night shift employees, including team leaders, associates, and

support staff.

 Provide guidance, coaching, and training to team members, ensuring high levels of productivity

and performance.

 Conduct regular performance evaluations, set goals, and provide feedback to drive individual

and team development.

 Foster a positive work environment, promote teamwork, and address employee concerns or

conflicts.

Financial Management:

 Monitor the financial performance of the account, including revenue, costs, and profitability.

 Identify opportunities for cost optimization and process improvements to enhance profitability.

 Collaborate with finance and operations teams to ensure accurate billing, invoicing, and

financial reporting.

 Prepare financial reports, forecasts, and budgetary plans for the account.

Quality and Compliance:

 Ensure compliance with quality standards, regulatory requirements, and data security protocols.

 Implement quality assurance measures, conduct audits, and perform regular quality checks.

 Address any quality issues or non-compliance incidents promptly and implement corrective

actions.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

- Proven experience in a leadership role within a BPO or similar industry, preferably in a night shift

setting.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and manage a diverse team.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and drive performance

improvements.

- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities and meet

deadlines.

- Familiarity with quality management systems and best practices.

- Ability to work night shifts and manage a team in a 24/7 environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Up to ₹1,000,000.00 per year
