Looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Account Manager cum Business Development Executive to join our agency. You will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with existing clients while identifying and acquiring new clients. You will play a vital role in ensuring client satisfaction while driving revenue growth and.
Responsibilities:
1. Maintain meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention.
2. Understand clients' business objectives, identify their problems, and plan and execute marketing strategies and campaigns.
3. Collaborate with and support internal teams to ensure campaigns are executed as per commitment and performance expectations.
4. Coordinate with clients for seamless workflow and reporting of ongoing campaigns.
5. Review and analyse clients' feedback, share insights with the team and implement necessary changes to improve client satisfaction and campaign performance.
6. Identify, research, and reach out to potential clients through various online platforms, direct contact, networking, word-of-mouth, referrals, etc.
7. Assist in crafting business proposals and conducting virtual or in-person meetings with potential clients to present our services, address their concerns, and negotiate deals to closure.
8. Prepare task sheets and reports on a regular basis to track progress and share updates with the team.

10. Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the company’s digital marketing services, pricing, and competitive advantages, effectively communicating our value proposition to clients.
11. Stay informed about industry trends and changes in consumer behaviour to ensure our offerings remain relevant and competitive.
Requirements:

Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
Basic knowledge of digital marketing services, including, PPC, social media marketing, content marketing.
Basic understanding of design and good sense of aesthetics, prior experience in sales, business development or account management are a plus, but not required.
Access to a reliable internet connection, computer, and phone for remote work.

Salary: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
