About the Role:
We are seeking a results-driven Affiliate Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with our affiliate partners. This role involves optimising performance, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring that affiliates align with company goals. The ideal candidate has experience in digital marketing, strong relationship management skills, and a passion for driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
Affiliate Relationship Management:
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned affiliates, ensuring strong communication and collaboration.
- Recruit, onboard, and negotiate contracts with new affiliates to expand the network.
- Foster long-term relationships to maximise affiliate performance.
Performance Optimisation:
- Analyse affiliate campaign data, track key metrics (e.g., conversions, ROI, EPC), and implement strategies to improve performance.
- Develop and execute promotional strategies to enhance affiliate engagement.
- Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to stay ahead.
Reporting & Analysis:
- Provide regular performance reports to internal teams and stakeholders.
- Use analytics tools to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations.
- Track fraud and compliance risks, ensuring affiliates adhere to program guidelines.
Collaboration & Communication:
- Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to align affiliate strategies with company goals.
- Coordinate creative assets, promotional materials, and campaign updates for affiliates.
- Negotiate commission structures and incentives to drive affiliate loyalty.
Key Qualifications & Skills:
Experience: 2+ years in affiliate marketing, account management, or digital marketing.
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with affiliate networks (e.g., CJ, Rakuten, Impact, PartnerStack) and tracking platforms.
Analytical Skills: Analysing data, generating reports, and making strategic decisions.
Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships.
Negotiation: Experience in structuring deals and partnerships.
Tech Savvy: Comfortable using analytics tools, CRM software, and Excel for data management.
