We’re looking for an Account Manager to support our strategic brand initiatives and deliver outstanding campaign outcomes.

Role Objective:

Live Nation is on the hunt for an energetic, organised and creative Account Manager to join our Auckland-based Brand Partnerships team. In this fast-paced, full-time role, you’ll help deliver integrated brand campaigns, manage client communications, and activate unforgettable experiences at some of Aotearoa’s most iconic live events.

What you’ll be doing:

Client Support: Assist the Account Director with client services across a diverse portfolio of brands and campaigns.
Campaign Execution: Manage event integration deliverables and ensure timely, high-quality, and on-budget campaign delivery.
Project Coordination: Oversee day-to-day agency activities, including preparing WIP documents, briefs, and post-campaign reports.
Creative Contribution: Collaborate on generating innovative ideas that align with client goals and deliver measurable ROI.
Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to support seamless campaign execution.
Budget Administration: Handle client budget management and ensure financial accuracy.
Onsite Event Support: Act as an on-ground client liaison at events, hosting competition winners and managing backstage tours or artist meet-and-greets.
Travel Flexibility: Be available to travel for events and work outside usual business hours during peak periods.
What we’re looking for:

1-2+ years of experience in account management within creative, experiential, or sponsorship agencies, or project management in media publishing.
Strong understanding of campaign management and event execution.
Familiarity with digital and social media landscapes.
Exceptional written and verbal communication, with proven relationship-building skills.
High attention to detail and ability to work autonomously in a dynamic environment.
A collaborative team player, comfortable working with creative and experiential teams.
Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced industry, including working outside standard hours during peak periods.
