About the Role:
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Manager – Live Events & Artist Relations to lead and execute live touring, artist collaborations, and event management. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in high-energy environments, has a deep understanding of the entertainment industry, and excels at building relationships with artists and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Live Event Management: Plan, coordinate, and execute live storytelling events, tours, and performances across multiple cities.
• Artist Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for artists, ensuring smooth communication, coordination, and a seamless event experience.
• Touring Strategy & Execution: Develop and manage artist touring schedules, logistics, and partnerships.
• Vendor & Venue Management: Collaborate with venues, production teams, and vendors to ensure high-quality event execution.
• Marketing & Promotion: Work closely with the marketing team to promote events, manage ticketing strategies, and drive audience engagement.
• Budgeting & Negotiations: Oversee event budgets, negotiate contracts, and ensure cost-effective planning.
• On-Ground Execution: Be present at events, managing real-time challenges, artist needs, and audience experiences.
What We’re Looking For:
✅ 2-3 years of experience in live event production, artist management, or touring.
✅ Strong network in the entertainment and storytelling space.
✅ Exceptional communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
✅ Ability to multitask and manage high-pressure situations.
✅ Passion for live events, performing arts, and storytelling.
