Job description –
• 10-18 years of experience in B2B sales, pre-sales, customer success and account expansion.
• Extensive experience in new business acquisition and strategic planning.
• Enhancing wallet share and increasing market share
• Should have expertise in developing rich cross functional relationships
• Possess keen business acumen in analysing and understanding business requirements and customer value maximization
• Should be competent to create a win-win relationship with corporate client through excellent coordination/negotiation skills for repeat/referral business.
• Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
• Keeping customers updated on the latest products in order to increase sales.
• Meeting with managers in the organization to plan strategically.
• Expanding the customer base by upselling and cross-selling.
• Understanding key customer individual needs and addressing these.
• Knowing your competition and strategizing accordingly.
