Account Manager

Full Job Description
We are looking an experience as an Accountants in Retail/ Travel industry. The candidates should possess good communication skills and computer knowledge.

Accountant Responsibilities:

General Accounting

· Maintaining books of accounts.

· Pass Journal Entries on daily basis

· Passing accounting entries (Sale, Purchase, debit notes, credit notes, receipts, payments) on daily basis

· Prepare monthly and annual provision entries.

· Handle Bank Reconciliation

· Handle Creditors / Debtors Reconciliation.

Taxes

· Calculation and payment of TDS online

· Assisting in preparing and filing of TDS returns.

· Handle GST Payment & Return Filling IT Returns, Service tax filing

· Handle Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivables

· Creating new vendor setups and defining their terms of payments.

Payments

· Preparation of cheques and vendor payment processing.

· Timely and accurate disbursement of employee reimbursement claims as per HR policies.

· Salary Payment Processing.

· Invoice Processing and Prompt and correct Invoicing.

· Close Cash / Bank transactions on daily basis

· Liaison with Bank and form good relations

· Statement for Debtor and Creditor Outstanding and Pre-Payment

· Statement for Cash Inflow and Out Flow

· Collection follow-up with Client/Customers.

· Maintain General Ledger, etc cost centres wise.

Fund Maintain

· Accounting for Intercompany Transaction.

· Preparation of Prepaid Expenses Register and creates provision.

· Vender Reconciliation.

· MIS Reporting.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
