Job description
1. Lead and manage a team of at least 20 employees in the Global Capabilities Center, overseeing accounting services in GL reporting, Accounts Receivable (AR), and customer support services.

2. Ensure the accurate and timely completion of GL reporting processes, including journal entries, reconciliations and reporting related activities.

3. Supervise the AR function, including invoicing, cash application, customer banking operations.

4. Manage customer support services related to auto debit inquiries, issue resolution, and customer satisfaction.

5. Drive employee engagement, development, and performance through coaching, mentoring, and training programs.

6. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations in all accounting and customer support activities.

7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes, enhance service delivery, and achieve departmental goals.

8. Drive innovation and change management by actively learning about the developments in the industry.

Experience and Education :

1. Chartered Accountant or CPA or equivalent certification

2. Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in accounting, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.

3. Demonstrated experience in GL reporting, AR management, customer support services, and team leadership.

5. Experience in a shared services environment or Global Capabilities Center is preferred.

6. Continuous learning and development in accounting practices, leadership, and employee engagement.
