Accountant needed to support the finance manager within the Aged Care Sector. Your new company

Your new role
This role is a strong support to the finance manager and includes but not limited too..
Monthly Resident billing & Medicare payment posting & reconciliation and follow-up outstanding Debtor accounts.
Handle payment runs fortnightly, GL coding & posting and monthly reconcile creditor's Statement
Bank Reconciliation, month-end journals, and Balance Sheet reconciliations.
Reconciliation of residential bond liability, Probate, & Bond Refund.
Assisting with payroll processing fortnightly for nearly 250 employees
Maintaining general ledger accounts including Prepayment, Accruals, PAYG, & BAS
Assist in year-end tasks & audit
What you'll need to succeed
You will ideally come from aged care or a similar industry that aligns with the processes/legislation aged care faces. Previous experience as an Accountant is critical, and you will be CPA/CA qualified or close to qualification.
