Position Name - Accountant - 5 Days Working - Memnagar Ahmedabad Company info - MNC Company UAE GCC Dubai Based Salary - up to 40k - Depends on Exp & Interview Qualification – Bcom/Mcom/MBA Finance/Inter CA Total Openings - 5 Male/Female Experience - Handling experience of 1 to 4 years of Accounts Executive/Accountant/Junior Accountant/ Senior Accounting Taxation Skills & Job Descriptions - Proven experience working in accounts receivable or a similar role. - Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks SAP). - Excellent communication in English and interpersonal skills - Follow up on outstanding invoices and ensure timely collection of payments. - Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure accuracy and completeness. - Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or billing issues. - Collaborate with the sales team to resolve any billing or payment disputes. - Monitor customer accounts for overdue payments and implement collection strategies as necessary. - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment status. - Prepare and distribute monthly aging reports to management. - Assist with month-end closing activities related to accounts receivable. - Provide support for audits and other financial reporting requirements. - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in accounts receivable management
