Job Overview: We are looking for a meticulous and dedicated Accounts Executive with 1 to 2 years of experience to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate will assist in managing our financial records, ensuring accuracy, and providing critical support to our CFO. Key Responsibilities: · Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards. · Prepare and analyse financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. · Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections. · Reconcile bank statements and other financial transactions. · Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts. · Conduct periodic stock audits to ensure accuracy and compliance. · Collaborate with other departments to gather and analyse financial data. · Assist in preparing tax returns and ensuring timely submission. · Support the CFO in financial planning and analysis activities. · Maintain the integrity and confidentiality of financial information. Qualifications: · Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. · 1 to 2 years of experience in accounting or a related role. · Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices. · Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., ZOHO, Real Books, Tally etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. · Excellent analytical and numerical skills. · High attention to detail and accuracy. · Strong organisational and time management skills. · Ability to work independently and as part of a team. · Good communication and interpersonal skills.
