Accountant

Your attention to detail, knowledge of accounting principles, and ability to maintain financial accuracy will be essential to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Record Keeping:Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and company policies.

Financial Reporting:Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
Generate financial reports and provide timely and accurate information to management and external stakeholders.

Budgeting and Forecasting:Assist in the development and monitoring of the annual budget.
Provide financial forecasts and variance analysis to support budgetary decision-making.

Reconciliation:Perform bank reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of financial transactions.
Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.

Tax Compliance:Assist in the preparation and filing of tax returns, including income tax, sales tax, and other relevant taxes.
Keep abreast of tax regulations and changes to ensure compliance.

Financial Analysis:Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
Provide insights and recommendations to improve financial performance.

Audit Support:Collaborate with auditors during internal and external audits, providing documentation and explanations as required.
Implement audit recommendations to enhance internal controls and financial processes.

Accounts Payable and Receivable:Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely processing of invoices, payments, and collections.

Compliance and Regulations:Stay updated on accounting and financial regulations, ensuring adherence to relevant laws and standards.

Software and Tools:Proficiently use accounting software and financial tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
