Responsibilities: • Handle company incorporation, ROC, MCA, and business registration • Work on company annual compliances (PVT, LLP, LIMITED, OPC, Section 8 Nidhi, other) • Work on GST registration & return filing, TDS, ITR, ESI, PF, bookkeeping, balance sheet • Manage accounting & auditing, corporate license, FSSAI, PSARA, ESI, PF, GST, 12A and 80G, etc. • Compiling, analysing, and reporting financial data. • Creating periodic reports, such as balance sheets, profit & loss statements, etc. • Presenting data to managers, investors, and other entities. • Maintaining accurate financial records. • Performing audits and resolving discrepancies. • Computing taxes. • Keeping informed about current legislation relating to finance and accounting
