• Highly visible role, reporting to the Accounting Manager + Senior Leaders|Remote working opportunities (2-3 days work from home)

About Our Client

I'm partnered with the CFO at a global, $250M well-known manufacturer located in the loop (2-3 days in office). This client has their hand in manufacturing some of the coolest every day products! Due to the massive growth they have been experiencing, they are looking to bring on an Accountant to join their team due to an internal promotion.

Job Description
• Assist with the accounting department and the day-to-day operations
• Month-end and year-end process including fixed assets, prepaids, and payroll
• Assist in preparing the corporate financial reporting processes
• Monitor capital expenditures verses budget
• Liaison between third party vendors when it comes to managing the lease accounting
• Process sales and use tax monthly
• Support various other accounting special projects essential to the company's needs
• Ad hoc projects as requested

The Successful Applicant
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
• 0-2 years of experience
• CPA a plus
• Manufacturing industry/experience a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
