Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, complemented by practical IT knowledge and office management experience
This is a part-time, fractional position where you will work closely with the executive team to ensure financial accuracy, streamline office processes, and ensure the smooth functioning of our IT systems
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field
5+ years of experience in accounting/finance, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks), Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.), and Google Suite
Basic IT knowledge and experience supporting common office software and hardware (e.g., network systems, data backups, and software installations)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment

Responsibilities
Manage Invoicing and the supporting responsibilities: updating the Accounts Receivable (AR) spreadsheet/pivot table, entering transactions into QuickBooks Online, and updating the Margle Dashboard (Sheets) with items such as invoicing, cash-in, and commission calculations
Manage Expense Projections and the supporting responsibilities - Accrued Payables (AP)
Manage Vendor Payments and all supporting responsibilities - W+s, Invoices, payment details, and 10++s
Manage Cash-in - collecting and recognizing Client payments, managing remittance notices for ACH payments, updating QuickBooks and other Margle spreadsheets
Manage Commissions and Officer Payments - including commission calculations, accruals, bi-weekly detail reports, reconciliation, and scheduling payments
Manage Officer Payments - calculation, scheduling payments, and preparing/sending bi-weekly Officer Paystubs
Manage the BILL Account (internal employee credit cards) - budgets, reconciliations, entering receipts, providing summary reports
Manage all Passthrough Expenses - budgets, reconciliation,
Manage the company CC statements and all supporting responsibilities - payments, receipt documentation, client ad spend reconciliation, and reports
Health Insurance Reconciliation
Manage and update Accounting-related spreadsheets and internal reports
IT Support & Systems:
Manage the company Dues and Subscriptions
Manage basic IT infrastructure, including hardware and software installations, updates, and troubleshooting
Support the implementation of new software tools or accounting platforms, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems (Quickbooks, Mosyle Business, Google Drive)
Ensure data security best practices are followed and that sensitive financial information is protected
Provide end-user support for office software, including troubleshooting and training staff
Collaborate with external IT vendors or consultants for more complex technical needs
Oversee and manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships (e.g., office supplies, equipment maintenance)
Monitor the email address
Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding, ensuring smooth transitions for new hires and departures
Serve as the primary point of contact for general office inquiries
Purchase new equipment for the office as needed
Assist in organizational projects within the agency - for example, Google Drive Folder Structure, Archiving, and/or Compiling Assets for clients
