Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting/Office Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative operations of our office. Must be fluent in English both written and spoken.

Responsibilities:
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and organizing documents,
- Manage phone systems, including answering and directing calls
- Oversee office supplies
- Utilize Sage (Business Vision) for basic accounting tasks
- Maintain office cleanliness and organization
- Uphold phone etiquette standards in all communications

Experience:
- Proficiency in Outlook, Excel and Word documents
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively, work independently or part of a team
- Previous experience with Sage (Business Vision) is a plus
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Familiarity with office equipment and procedures
